We have an easy to follow step by step method for providing our clients' products through the Japanese auction system. For every car listed on the Japanese auto auctions we can provide you with accurate information about the car as in the sample form below. These auction forms are a very reliable way of finding out what kind of car you will be bidding for. While the actual form is in Japanese, we can have it translated for you. The auction form clearly states all of the information of the car including what condition all of its parts are in.

1. Request Form:

Click on the above link to gain access to the request form. On this form we ask that you fill out as many details as you possibly can about the car you are looking for because we have to sift through thousands of cars to find the one that is right for you.

2. Auction Form:

We will then send you a picture of the car we have found for you and an accompanying auction sheet. Included in this information will be the current "Grade" of the vehicle. Each vehicle we plan to export has a grading evaluation carried out to determine the condition of the car from Grades 10 to 0. Grades above 5 are rare for used cars and indicate that the car is either brand new or in mint condition. Grades from 5 and below are for used cars with more than 5,000km mileage. Grades 4 and 5 are in a good condition needing no repairs. Grade 3 cars may have some scratches or require a tuneup. Grades 1 and 2 are cars that require repairs due to damage while Grade 0 is for a vehicle damaged beyond the point of repair to be sold as scrap or for its parts only. However, it should be noted that more than 95% of all vehicles sold at these auctions are cars of Grade 4 or 5 and require no repairs before export. Once we know exactly what kind of car you want we will find the best one we can at the cheapest price possible. The vehicles sold at Japanese car auctions are usually very cheap because they are usually sold to Japanese car dealers who have to pay exorbitant prices for car parking due to the high value of land in Japan. 3. Payment Transaction:

This step simply involves our client's decistion to either carry through the transaction or if they disagree with the car we have recommended they may ask for us to find another one. Once they give us the go ahead we will provide the buyer with a proforma invoice and when we receive their payment in our account we will purchase the car they have chosen.

4. Inspection and Repairs:

During this step the car will undergo an examination and any repairs that need to be made will be. Also, if a JEVIC, JAAI, MAF or other inspection is required they will be made by the appropriate professionals.

5. Shipping of Vehicle:

We will arrange for the vehicle to be shipped to your port of destination. From the time that you first fill out a request form to the time of the arrival of your purchase to your choice of destination will take no longer than one month no matter where you are in the world.
